Mark L. Cooper is a registered Patent Attorney with more than 20 years of experience in all facets of domestic and international Patent law. Mark obtained his Juris Doctor from University of Houston, Law Center. He holds a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Missouri-St. Louis.  Mark is  licensed by the United States Patent and Trademark Office and has a license to practice in Texas and Connecticut.

Susan Ochoa Spiering is a registered Patent Attorney with more than 25 years of experience. Susan obtained her Juris Doctor from Williams Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota, and previously had earned a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Texas at San Antonio. Currently, she is licensed by the United States Patent and Trademark Office and has a license to practice law in Texas and Minnesota. Through her years of experience, she has helped entrepreneurs and inventors obtain patents, trademarks, copyrights,  and other protection for new processes, ideas, machines, and products. Susan’s areas of expertise include obtaining patent , trademark, and copyright registrations,  preparation and/or review of agreements having a technical nature such as licensing, joint development, nondisclosure/confidentiality, and prepare opinions such as freedom to operate or agreement-assessment,  conduct searches, portfolio assessment, and consulting on infringement.

Professional memberships held by Susan include the Corpus Christi Bar Association (2013-18) President (2017-18), State Bar of Texas Grievance Committee (2013-17), and Communities in Schools board of director (2008-2018).
